On Sunday 21st of April 2024 they will be running the London Marathon for the Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC).

"In my early 30s I didn't think a marathon was feasible for me but now I am in my 40s I relish the challenge. When the opportunity came up to run for the Royal Society for Blind Children I jumped at the chance. Intrepid shares a building with the brilliant RSBC charity and I found touring their Life Without Limits centre really inspiring and insightful. The work they are doing to raise awareness, provide education and entertainment for blind children is amazing and uplifting to be a part of." Alex
"Both these feats are in aid of RSBC and the incredible work they do. Any donations are much appreciated and please feel free to get into the city for a great race day. Let me know where you'll be along the course and I'll make sure to speed up for those sections:) Race day is 21st April! Along the journey I will challenge myself each month to complete a themed task based on my favourite books. Please feel free to get involved with ideas and share the fun to increase awareness! November: Discipline is destiny - Push up challenge, December: Atomic habits - Cold shower every day, January: Can't hurt me - Ultra marathon and 5k log carry, February: I may be wrong - Meditation, March: 12 Rules for life - Putting my house in perfect order, April: Art of resilience - Marathon time! May: 100k ultra! Thank you all for your support. Love & Champagne" Rob
"I am thrilled to announce that I will be participating in the London Marathon 2024 to raise funds for the Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC). As a secondary school pastoral support worker, I have seen first hand the devastating effects of bullying and isolation on children with disabilities. My fundraising goal is £2,500 - every donation counts! Please consider supporting me as I run the London Marathon 2024 for this incredible cause." Katie

..... and finally Tim! Tim was very hesitant starting his journey for London Marathon due to injuries and a brother and sister who are elite Marathon runners! BUT, he has been phenomenal in his training and fundraising journey.

GOOD LUCK TEAM!!
